I bought hummingbird in the past and need to reinstall it. How do I do that?
Hummingbird as a company has changed ownership and we're dedicated to working with you. There are however an immense number of shady individuals out there who would like a copy of hummingbird for free. If you bought hummingbird as recent as six months ago and can forward us your original receipt we will send you a new download link to reinstall Hummingbird. If it has been longer than six months since you originally purchased Hummingbird or you can't provide us with a copy of your receipt we apologize, but you will have to purchase Hummingbird if you want to reinstall it.
I have a license key from a while ago can I use that? Where do I enter it?
We have outgrown license keys and moved to a more advanced system of verification. Simply put, your license key is obsolete. You can install Hummingbird without one provided you have a correct download link. If you have questions about whether or not you need to buy a new download link please see above.
I was an affiliate for Hummingbird in the past, but my affiliate links aren't working or I need new ones?
You can definitely promote Hummingbird! Please sign up for a new account here. Unfortunately when Hummingbird changed ownership recently affiliate information and the old affiliate system were wiped out. We're starting fresh and you'll need a new affiliate account to make money with us.
